What is the MOQ for hotels?
For hotels, we offer kits from boutique scale (one service point) to hotel chains with multiple properties. We do not require rigid minimum volumes. Tell us about your operation and we will recommend the best-fit kit.
Can you customize packaging for my hotel?
Yes. For hotels that want private-label packaging with their logo and design, we work through our private-label program. See /pages/marca-propia. For hotels that prefer standard Orquídea or Momentum packaging, we handle it as a regular order.
How long does the first shipment take?
For regular catalog orders, typical dispatch is 5–10 business days after order confirmation. For hotels outside Bogotá, add transit time based on destination. For custom development, see private-label timelines.
Do you offer tastings or free samples?
