What buyers ask.

What is the typical retail lead time?
For retail with the regular Orquídea catalog: 2–4 weeks from purchase order to distribution-center dispatch, depending on SKU and volume. For retail private label: 8–16 weeks from initial brief to first dispatch.
Do you provide EAN-13 coding and technical sheets?
Yes. Every Orquídea Infusions SKU has an assigned EAN-13 code, a complete technical sheet, a sanitary certificate, and regulatory labeling. We provide the documentation your quality and procurement teams need to register the product in your system.
What service level do you offer?
Orquídea Infusions maintains a service level above 95% for B2B orders: we fulfill orders completely within the agreed dispatch window. Order traceability is available.
Do you accept corporate payment terms?
Yes. For established retail customers, we offer trade credit under approved terms. For new customers, the first order is cash on delivery; subsequent orders depend on a credit assessment. Details follow the initial commercial brief.
Do you offer private label for retail?
Yes. For retailers who want their own infusion or panela brand, we offer end-to-end private-label development. See /pages/marca-propia. We have launched private labels for national retailers that now compete on the shelf.
